Perfect hotel for 14days stay with heated nice pools and nice rooms.Good service!Manager was perfect
good breakfast and diner, many options. Fresh food and veggies. Alot of fresh cooking in front of you. There could have been more bread options, like peanutbutter. Almost all the pools are heated, very nice and warm. Warm enough for small kids. Good lifeguards. You get towels at the pool. Friendy staff, alot of them dont ask for tips all the time. You can use facilities of aqua park, aqua blu and aqua vista. Kids club (of aqua blu? next to kids pools) is nice that you can go in with your kid under 4 year old if you stay with your kid. From +4 years old they take care of your child. Beach is on walking distance, but there is a free shuttle buss. Weather was nice in january. We got a new room which was nice, before we had an older room in the main building, shower was not stable enough to shower a young child. Everywhere you can fill your water bottle, really nice. Loved the big lounge beds at the pool. enough bars to get drinks and outdoor showers. In restaurant is a kids corner. Small shops nearby hotel. Hotel clinic doctor is available for free, also very good and nice to use. laundry service is available. Outside television at nighttime with a movie for kids.
We liked almost everything, thats why we rated a 10. If we needed to give tips/suggestions it would be: -Would love if the bread and egg option was also available at lunchtime, nice for kids also. -very nice if they tell you in the restaurant if the vegetables are washed with good water. We only eat baked vegetables because we did not want to get sick. But a lot of people were eating salads, so maybe they washed it with good water. -More things to do for kids between 4 and 6. The kid programm and disco is a little late in the evening for young kids. -maybe offer a topper in the bed. -playgrounds are a little outdated and unsafe. But the kids have the pools and slides to play. -more stable showers ( hot /cold changing) -lunch a little earlier at 11.30 or 12 ( now starting at 12.30pm) so kids who need to sleep can join. -if the 3 hotels together get you a time table with map would be very handy. With all activity options and updated which restaurants are open. We did not know everything we could do. At the end of our vacation we knew.

Amazing service and with a lot of compassion to a customer.
If I had to sum up my stay in the hotel I would say it’s incredible staff that takes care of their customers, no matter the circumstances. The front office representative Mohamed Karawia is really helpful as well as Ahmed Sultan and Khalid the chef from the restaurant that did their best to help with specific dietary requirements. Hotel offered also a wide variety of entertainment, starting from morning sport activities like walking to the desert , pool entertainment and interesting evening shows ranging from live music in restaurants to live shows in the amphitheatre. Heated pools and service that made sure that you have all you need. We were never bored and time passed by really quickly. Definitely recommend to stay in the hotel for at least 2 weeks and I hope to visit it again soon.
